myBEMS is a pay-as-you-go software and HVAC optimisation service that consists of a monthly service fee based on your building size, starting from £950.00 per month plus VAT.

It is provided on an initial 12-month term, so we can optimise your HVAC plant and equipment throughout the heating and cooling seasons. There are no upfront costs.

myBEMS monitors and analyses a wide range of live building data including HVAC operational data, indoor environmental data (e.g., CO2, humidity, air temperature, air pressure, air quality, light, noise, occupancy), and utility metering data, along with data from third party smart building sensors and APIs (e.g., IoT sensors, utility meters and weather stations).

myBEMS collects live HVAC operational data using a wireless 3/4G enabled gateway device that simply connects to your buildings BMS or HVAC controls*. Data is also collected from third party wireless smart building sensors, where deployed. All devices operate independently to your buildings IT network. myBEMS uses a secure private APN SIM card, with data transfer and storage encrypted to FIPS 140-2 standards.

There are many ways to optimise HVAC plant and equipment to reduce energy waste, but the secret is finding ways to do this whilst ensuring your building environment is maintained at the optimal level.

We specialise in understanding your buildings specific requirements and then utilise our vast experience of HVAC systems and building services engineering to fine tune your HVAC operation 24/7/365.

Once we have visited your building to undertake a feasibility survey of your HVAC plant and equipment, which we do at no cost to you, we will provide you with our optimisation plan and savings target within 14 days.

After agreeing the optimisation plan with you, we will install our myBEMS gateway and smart building sensors in your building within 14 days. Following hardware installation, myBEMS will immediately harvest live operational data and HVAC optimisation will commence. Access to the myBEMS dashboard and user training will then be provided.

We provide you with full training and ongoing support during our core working hours (Mon-Fri 08.00am - 17.00pm) so you get the most from our service.

You can have unlimited users, with each user having variable access rights.

We will provide you with a predicted annual energy saving target in our HVAC optimisation plan, which we will guarantee to achieve during the initial 12-month service period.

If the actual amount of savings that we achieve falls short of this target we will refund you the difference, up to the total annual service fee that you have paid.
